Espresso Martini / Classic

35ml Vanilla Vodka

25ml Coffee Liqueur

10ml Sugar Syrup

50ml Fresh Coffee Brew

Combine all ingredients in a strainer and double shake. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with coffee beans (or chocolate powder) and enjoy.

Locke and Quay / Original

35ml Tullamore Dew XO

12.5ml Frangelico

35ml Pinapple Juice

10ml Pineapple Reduction

10ml Lime Juice

10ml Orgeat

Combine in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously to allow for aeration of the pineapple juice, which will grant a foamy head. Strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with mint and dehydrated lemon.
